Overview
Bastimentos is one of the main islands in Bocas del Toro. Here you can find the Red Frog beach, known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, the name of this beach is due to the amount of red frogs that can be observed on the way down the path to the beach. In addition to the beach, another attraction is the Canopy, which lovers of extreme experiences can do.
