Bookings can be made by the Client or an Agent by email. A booking request by telephone or online Support Chat Service should be confirmed in writing by email by the Client or Agent.

Within the next 24 hours or next working day in case of weekends, our specialists will acknowledge receipt of the booking request by email followed by notifying availability, program itinerary and price.

Should the Client or Agent wish to proceed with the booking, we will send a final document with all confirmation details. We will then issue a Proforma Invoice with cost schedule and terms of payment.
