You will be met at your hotel by your driver and an English speaking guide, for a guided tour of the region’s famous tobacco plantations. After visiting the plantations in Vinales, you will continue to the area where one of the most rewarded tobacco grows : Vegas de Robaina in San Luis.
Robaina was the only Cuban of the modern era who owned a cigar brand on his name. His family has been cultivating tobaco since 1845. You will explore their farm ‘El Pinar’ while your guide explains the details about the tobacco process including a cigar hand rolling demostration. A typical farm lunch is included at ‘El Pinar’.
On your way back to Vinales you will stop in a Casa Del Habano (a specialized cigar shop)
