You will be picked up from your hotel for a drive to El Ajiaco Private Restaurant East Havana. A place delightful not only for its Cuban ranch style, but its farm to table approach.
You will begin the day assisting the chef with collecting ingredients from the greenhouse to use later on. After a welcome cocktail, the chef will guide you through the recipes of the day as you try your hand preparing some local dishes.
After cooking, sit down with the chef to enjoy your hard work!
Your cooking lesson will last 4 hours and you will be returned to your hotel.
