The Hotel Nacional de Cuba, opened on December 30, 1930, is one of the most traditional and emblematic hotels in Havana. It was declared a National Monument and Memory of the World by UNESCO. With its Spanish style, it is located on top of a hill overlooking the Malecon, so guests can enjoy panoramic views of Old Havana and Vedado. The majestic gardens surrounding the hotel are a formidable and welcoming place to rest after a day of exploring the centers of interest of the city. The hotel has 6 bars and a famous cabaret called Parisien. At the same time, the hotel hosts live performances of Cuban Son music, aquatic shows, fashion shows sporadically and the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema, which every December installs its press office at the hotel, where you can meet with Cuban figures of culture and art, or maybe, any Hollywood star.
