You will learn about traditional recipes of Cuban cuisine that are over 100 years old. An expert chef will share with his secrets of the trade, related to vegetables, meats, seafood, herbs, sauces and cereals such as rice, of a relevant impact in the Cuban diet throughout the last century. While cooking, you will be immersed in a debate about the history of Cuban cuisine and the influence it has had on the lives of the Cubans today.
