Located in the Parque Cespedes (Plaza Carrillo) in the heart of the beautiful city of Trinidad de Cuba, a jewel of World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO declared in 1998, and the second ring of heritage protection, its construction dates back to 1868. By that time the building was a dwelling house, passing through several owners and commercial uses that is remodeled in 1941 under codes registering as eclectic building with second floor and started as a hotel under the name of La Ronda, which has lasted until today. But not until 1951 that is registered legally as property intended for Accommodation in the commercial register of the town.
